Recently, Tarek has coordinated multiple repair projects simultaneously, minimizing downtime and improving the South Post Express shopping/fueling environment for customers and associates. Our Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst Main Exchange is undergoing a complete reset of the hardlines side of the store, and Kevin Bickel, ICA, has been a key driving force behind its success. Each day, Kevin begins by assessing the work area, identifying priorities and mapping out next steps to ensure smooth progress. From researching and printing new planograms and labels to coordinating updated floor plans, Kevin’s attention to detail and organization has been instrumental in keeping the project on track. Beyond his technical expertise, Kevin stands out as a proactive leader and problem solver. He consistently advises his peers, keeps management informed and introduces innovative ideas that make processes more efficient. His dedication, diligence and forward-thinking approach have made this complicated reset appear seamless. The success of this project is a direct reflection of Kevin’s outstanding commitment and teamwork.
