Lewis is a valuable asset to the Grafenwoehr Services team. Recently, he assisted in the preparation and site visits for the Military Gear Center grand opening at Hohenfels. Lewis’ hard work and initiative are valuable factors in getting additional locations for vending machines throughout our area of responsibility.   Thanks to his dedication we were also able to successfully open SPUDZ food truck in Powidz, Poland.

Ricky consistently demonstrates exceptional reliability and dedication at Charleys. He tackles his responsibilities head-on, often opening the store even on short notice without hesitation. Ricky’s strong work ethic and focus have made him a dependable team member who always gives 100% to his customers. His outstanding customer service has fostered loyalty and brought returning guests, contributing to a 3.2% increase in the customer count from the previous month. Thanks to his commitment, the store also achieved a YTD DOR of 13.9%.

 

 

Abbas Badsha

In August alone, Abbas secured 35 approved MILITARY STAR card applications, contributing $3,500 to the store’s bottom line. YTD , he has achieved 125 approved applications, generating $12,500 in revenue.  His efforts played a pivotal role in the SWA team’s overall success, which saw a 199% increase in FM August performance compared with the previous year (257 vs. 86). Notably, Arifjan Zone 1 PX achieved a remarkable 240% increase with 83 approved applications. Impressively, 42% of those applications—35 in total—were driven by Abbas.
