He proactively keeps the delivery vehicle clean and organized, ensuring safety and efficiency without needing direct supervision. At the beginning of each shift, he performs thorough inspections, and at the end, he takes pride in leaving the vehicle in excellent condition. His diligence and strong sense of ownership play a vital role in the smooth operation of delivery services, setting a positive example for his teammates.

Ms. Akiko Numao has served as the Services assistant since November 2024 and has quickly become an invaluable team member. She successfully supported 11 concessionaires during the Misawa Community Commons 3rd Annual Fall Market Day and coordinated with 17 concessionaires for the 2025 Misawa Air Festival. She efficiently managed concessionaire contracts, base passes, settlement reports and other critical administrative tasks for both events. Thanks to her dedication and organizational skills, the one-day Air Festival generated over $23,000 in sales, marking a 7% increase compared to last year. Ms. Akiko’s commitment continues to be a tremendous asset to both the Misawa community and the Exchange. Thank you, Akiko-san, for your outstanding efforts!
