Spangdahlem Consolidated Exchange
The Spangdahlem Exchange covers three countries. Mark created a small handout with the German, Belgian and Netherlands phone numbers for MILITARY STAR® support for us to quickly assist customers who need to contact them. To save cost on paper, most customers take a photo of the phone numbers, so few handouts were needed. But some want something in their hands. The handout is a great suggestion for something to have handy at customer service/cashier locations.

Her uplifting spirit boosts team morale and positively impacts our customers. Tiziana frequently goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. Her contributions were crucial in the successful launch of a free cookie for a footlong double meat, demonstrating her commitment to excellence.

Jaffane is a true asset to the Exchange Team. She is very committed to her role as the SBT, being responsible for our roving program and food trucks. She is engaged with MEDCOM to get regular training sessions to improve her knowledge and is a proctor to get our concession partners ServSafe- certified. Jaffane always volunteers to help the Exchange family for all community events, such as the Kinderfest and Month of Military Child. She is leading the Associate Engagement and Job Satisfaction committee to increase associate engagement. Her effortless commitment to the Exchange mission and values is evident in everything she does.
