During a recent unannounced ATF inspection, Rebecca Hampton, the Patrick SFB Exchange’s Hardlines & Firearms counter manager, impressed the inspector with the firearms operation and her attention to detail. Her dedication is immeasurable in all aspects of her work. The way she trains her team to the highest possible standards, ensuring they understand the importance of accuracy and following all required guidelines and regulations, led to exceptional inspection results. During a recent, unannounced ATF inspection, the inspector spent many hours with Robert, who is an Army Veteran. We had a significant outcome—our firearms receiving and Bound Book passed with 100% accuracy.
