Recently. we had a customer who was in desperate need of assistance. He only had 12 hours to get merchandise for a fallen Soldier’s dress uniform before the Soldier was laid to rest. Without hesitation, Michael mailed the requested merchandise at his own expense to the funeral home to ensure the customer had everything he needed. To make sure Michael received recognition for his phenomenal customer service, the customer called the general manager’s office to share his experience. Michael is being recognized by the Garrison Commander for his outstanding care of the troops and their families at Fort Bragg. Job well done, Michael!

Lydia has only been with us a short time and she never ceases to amaze. She was with the Exchange for more than 30 years, retired, and came back because she decided she still had more to give. Lydia’s work ethic is top tier, she’s a major team player, a real morale booster with her positive attitude, essential in the kitchen and she even sings to the crew! She’s always willing to stay past her scheduled time to make sure everyone is doing well and is happy to help with no questions asked. Lydia has been an integral part of why our drive-through time has lowered by 2½ minutes and sales are up by 20%. Having her with us is a truly heartwarming experience!

Arlene recently became a member of the Fort Bragg Services team and was instrumental in establishing eight new micro-markets in 2022.
