Visual Merchandising Manager
Kuwait & Jordan
Vimal has been working for the Exchange as a visual merchandising manager for the past 20 years. He supports 13 direct run facilities and more than 120 concession/food vendor facilities in Kuwait and Jordan. In addition to this, Vimal also supports all the visual merchandise requirements for Iraq facilities and all HQ sign shipments to Qatar stores. His attention to detail, precise execution, and keen eye on adhering to Exchange merchandising and signing standards are highly commendable. Vimal continuously goes above and beyond to make sure our facilities and the Exchange image are presented with the highest standards to our patrons. His innovative ideas and designing skill have been tested in many major projects in our challenging environment and he has always come through with exceptional works to enhance the Exchange brand and shopping experience. We admire and thank Vimal for his dedication and professionalism to the Exchange mission!
Shabbir Saifudeen

Al Asad Air Base
Shabbir doesn’t hesitate to fill in when and where he’s needed. His commitment is reflected every time he adjusts his schedule to cover receiving operational needs. Shabbir s willing to go from being a custodian one minute to greeting a customer and helping them look for something the next. His most impactful responsibilities are to process warehouse manifests, detailing every short or overage, catching any missing labels and process adjustments as needed. When Shabbir isn’t managing inventory, he is happily restocking, cleaning or assisting our valued customers. With an influential attitude and contagious smile, he is a great asset who is instrumental to the success of Team Al Asad and the Exchange!
Jack Napolitano
Stockroom Supervisor
Aviano Air Base
Jack has been with the Exchange family for 29 years. After coaching and mentoring three former custodial workers through their transition to stockroom workers, he now supervises 13 warehouse workers and labor stockers. His length of service has provided knowledge and confidence. Many of our internal and external customers seek his assistance, personally asking for him while they’re shopping our facility. At a moment’s notice, Jack is happy to assist with carry-outs while coordinating pallets of merchandise to be stocked and containers to be offloaded and accounted for. In addition, he assists the Fire Department with all alarm checks, keeps up maintenance on all fire extinguishers, mops up floor spills, takes out garbage and never hesitates to help other facilities when needed. It is an honor to have Jack on our team and part of the Exchange family!
