Store teams that generated the most Exchange Protection Plan sales took center stage during an awards presentation at the Retail, Food and Services Managers’ Conference.
Winners were chosen for exceeding the corporate goal of a 10% attachment rate. Associates needed to inform shoppers of the option to add an Exchange Protection Plan, backed by Asurion, when purchasing qualifying items and be knowledgeable in answering questions about the plans.
Stores with the highest sales per region were also awarded. Teams received a plaque and $500 for team-building events.
“These stores played a vital role in the success of the Exchange Protection Plan program,” said Exchange Hardlines Vice President Josh Samuels. “We commend our incredible teams for their hard work in leading this effort.”
