Suemi is a Coffee Master awarded Black Apron Starbucks corporate-recognized barista, trainer and foreman. Suemi not only pushes herself to be the best at what she does, she treats her team and customers as family. She has taken the initiative to sharpen her knowledge of management skills. Her dedication is a trait that can’t be taught. Her humble and grateful demeanor is why this team loves, adores and appreciates her. March sales were +15% above plan and +9% above last year; customer connection scores were phenomenal and helped keep PC cost to 39%. She is a team player and leads the team through her efforts.

Joseph has played a pivotal role in driving our Imperial concession’s growth, contributing a remarkable $516,000 increase in vending revenue alone. He also boosted unattended retail units by $304,000 last year and successfully opened five new units. Joseph introduced 10 new ice cream vending machines, which generated an additional $81,000 in sales last year. His dedication to enhancing vending operations is evident in his consistent efforts to check machines and engage with building points of contact to ensure the machines align with each building’s specific needs. Joseph has built an outstanding relationship with our concession partner, connecting with them regularly—if not daily, then every other day—to ensure smooth operations. He is always proactive in identifying buildings that need new machines or could benefit from machine swaps, further showcasing his commitment to continuous improvement.
