We are currently between facility managers and during the past few weeks, Sumit has graciously stepped in to take on those responsibilities.  He has been doing everything from travel movement coordination to employee advocator. Sumit has effortlessly transitioned into this new role—improving the team’s facility operational efficiencies, motivating the team with morning and afternoon meetings every day to keep everyone informed and on track, completing every task with confidence and a smile. Sumit’s efforts have produced a workforce reduction by 5 computed number of employees for fiscal year 2024.  Our facility is doing more with less and has increased in productivity by $5,265 or 20% over last year!

David Ramsey
Inventory Control Associate
Ansbach – Urlas Main Store

David continuously ensures that the Urlas Main Store not only meets but exceeds the expectations for our customers and associates. He and our Inventory Control and Operations teams assist with various responsibilities from training to fashion markdowns. David has worked for the Exchange since 2003 as an Inventory Control Associate in various facilities. His exemplary work ethic and leadership skills are an asset to our community and facility. David is a Retail Management Academy graduate and a true example of Family Serving Family.

Kieran Tozer
Customer Experience Associate
Lakenheath Main Store

Kieran joined the Exchange team nine months ago, hit the ground running and shows no signs of slowing down! He has a proactive approach, consistently thinks outside the box and was able to maximize options for our customers, resulting in sales of $816 in Vans shoes in one weekend. Kieran has been building a rapport with our customers by assisting with the setup and running multiple store and community engagements. His contributions have helped the shoe department consistently achieve 7% of our store sales.
