Perry and Lisa Hayden are the owners of a small local burger business, Southeast Carryout. They serve local flavors and variations of their three time award-winning Wichita Burger Battle menu at the Exchange food court and throughout McConnell AFB with their food truck. Southeast Carryout has supported numerous community events and brought lunch options to the working flightline crews who may not have the opportunity to leave their stations.
