Kristen Din
Warehouse Worker
Fort Gregg-Adams
Mrs. Kristen Din is taking charge of the warehouse, and all store merchandise. Daily, Mrs. Kristen goes above and beyond to keep a clean and organized warehouse. Boxes are neatly stored and labeled for easy management. Mrs. Kristen ensures all merchandise is accounted for and ensures an accurate receiving process. She works with vendors on receiving credits to minimize write-offs. She takes cares of the luggage and restocks the sales floor to certify that merchandise is available during our busiest times. Doing so tremendously brings more profit to our bottom line,(YTD $904,420; LY $842,265) and an increase of sales (YTD $6.247,865; LY $5.780,130). In December 2024 our store had an increase of 23% in luggage sales (CY $30,251; PY $24,612). Her initiative and accuracy in monitoring and receiving our inventory variance was 0.12% w/o gas $7,402 for FY 2024. Mrs. Kristen is a real team player who works the back of the house as well as the sales floor. She jumps in wherever needed, including assisting as cashier and help with uniform fittings. She communicates well with teammates and management.
