Camp Albertshof, Hohenfels
Contractor Dorin plays a significant role in Camp Albertshof, Hohenfels. Mikel’s Grill food truck operates during unit rotational trainings and serves a significant number of Soldiers from morning to night. The food truck team’s unwavering commitment to ensuring safety food standards are continuously met is an essential part of what they do. Our most recent training was initiated in January, lasting 31 days. Mikel’s Grill worked endlessly through cold weather conditions, resulting in $277k in sales. We know our community is grateful for all they do, as they are constantly being recognized for their food and their hard work.

Prince Sultan Air Base
Hakeem has been instrumental in improving store standards. Every day, he walks the store and adds labels where missing and replaces shelf strips as needed. He is also responsible for ordering name drop clothing, military clothing and other store order merchandise, ensuring that we do not run out of stock. Hakeem is more than eager to learn new things and has become the expert is sign making, including publisher.

Urlas Main Store
Petra goes above and beyond to ensure that the Urlas Main Store meets and exceeds the expectations for our customers and associates. She and the Operations team will assist with promotions, training, coverage of our various store fronts, fashion markdowns, communication with our team regarding price changes and merchandising ideas, along with current challenges. Petra Shaw professionally assists our community and facility through her exemplary work ethic. She has worked for the Exchange since 1993 in various positions and facilities. She is a true example of family serving family.
