Birgitt has been with the Exchange family for 25-plus years and consistently looks for ways to improve. As a subject matter expert in all things Exchange HR, she represents HR at the bi-weekly Garrison Newcomer Briefings and helps keep us on track with all HR events. As a former Learning Facilitator, she holds training events and circles back with attendees to ensure they see the value in the class. Birgitt partners with the services, food and retail teams, and no matter how heavy her workload, you will never hear a negative response when she is asked to do something. She will always take care of your need or request with a sense of urgency. Birgitt truly provides extraordinary customer experiences for the Italy team members by publishing the monthly HR newsletter with valuable information and recognizing deserving associates in the “Core Values Spotlight!”

Aniketh is a key part of the Kuwait store team and a true leader. He manages two stores and a growing personal shopper program and always maintains his facilities at a high state of readiness. He shares his knowledge with his staff and peers, ensuring they have the tools and merchandise needed to serve our soldiers. Together, his stores have generated an AVMS of $2.3 million, and he continues to succeed by working details every day. He and his team have assisted 3,184 soldiers that are in the Restricted Movement Areas to make sure they have the needed essentials before flying out. This has driven personal shopper sales over $118,000 and guaranteed us countless future sales.
