Jaycie continuously “wows” our customers with her display of customer service, creating long-lasting relationships between them and the Exchange. She has helped us reach a Customer Satisfaction Index score of 96 along with customer comments praising the team for their shopping experience at Edwards Exchange. With Jaycie’s leadership and outstanding customer service, we have sold 53 Exchange Protection Plans and opened 23 new MILITARY STAR accounts year to date. She is truly a rockstar. Angelo is hard-working, is always willing to come in when needed, stays late to get the job done and has an amazing rapport with our customers. He always comes to work with a smile, keeping the team laughing and morale high. Recently, we had a customer, Mr. Clarkem give an in-person comment to the Admin Office, naming Angelo, among others, for his stellar service. Mr. Clarke said, “Out of a score of 1 – 10, I’d give a 20!”. Thank you, Angelo, for being such a pleasure to work with!

Chris opened Maximus Nutrition at Goodfellow Air Force Base in 2017. He was selling healthy smoothies from a 75-square-foot location and became the nutrition concessionaire for Dyess and Goodfellow in 2019. Even with closure due to COVID, product constraints,and employee shortages, Chris’ commitment to Dyess and Goodfellow’s health has continuously helped grow the business.
