Video: YOU Are a Force Multiplier Who Drives Mission Success

A force multiplier is something that increases the chances of mission accomplishment—which means that every Exchange associate, whether they work in stores, at distribution centers, at headquarters, in restaurants or elsewhere, is a force multiplier.
