These Central Region associates understand the meaning of Family Serving Family and Serving the Best Customers in the World. They go above and beyond to ensure the Exchange is providing service and a taste of home no matter where they serve. Congratulations, LaFaye Miller, Victoria Byrne and Siera Jefferson.

LaFaye Miller

LaFaye Miller is a true asset to the Exchange team. As one of the most experienced SBMs in the organization, she serves as a mentor and role model to many of her peers. With more than 37 years of dedicated service, LaFaye continues to demonstrate unwavering commitment and energy. She consistently stays current with new policies and procedures, leads her team by example and generously gives her time to support the Exchange’s mission and success. She was featured in the SFD Top Five Services messages for July, recognized for her outstanding performance backed by impressive results. For example, Fort Sill Services experienced a 31% increase in sales and a 37% increase in income AAFP. Sheppard services saw a 16% increase in sales and a 2% increase in income AAFP. Over the past year, seven new micro-markets have opened, with several more in development. She also secured new contracts, including Panda Express at Fort Sill, and is in the process of securing a name-brand fast food contract to fill a previously vacant location. Additionally, she successfully navigated command approval processes to establish a tattoo shop at Sheppard AFB, scheduled to open in September 2025, and has received approval to begin work on a tattoo shop at Fort Sill early next year. Her relentless drive and innovative spirit are evident as she arrives each day energized and ready to pursue new business opportunities, partnerships and mentorship initiatives.

 

Victoria Byrne

Victoria has been with the Exchange for four years and has thrived in every position she has held. Victoria started her career with the Exchange in the food court at Qdoba and transitioned seamlessly to Starbucks two years ago. Victoria has been responsible for creating positive change within her facility through upholding Starbucks brand and Exchange standards. Victoria has assisted in improving her gross profit, expenses and direct operating results over prior year. Victoria continues to be an amazing asset to the Fort Rucker Exchange and the entire Central Region.

Siera Jefferson

Fort Knox Exchange

Sierra’s impact on the Knox food court goes far beyond her own facility. She assists her fellow managers and foremen with understanding their financial statements, aand assists in making schedules and maintaining standards. She has maintained a 69% YTD GP for the food court Starbucks, also a 13% reduction in PC, 16% reductions in expenses and a 59% increase to the bottom line versus AFP. Sierra also helps the Wilson Starbucks with controlling inventory.
