Lynn has been serving as the logistics clerk for the main store for a little more than two years. In her role, she plays a crucial part in ensuring that all inventory and supply accountability is meticulously maintained, not just for the main store but also for various Express locations and food service facilities associated with the Exchange. Lynn’s responsibilities extend to handling all matters related to firearms, an area in which she has cultivated significant expertise. Her diligent work ethic and attention to detail have earned her commendations from the Exchange, installation teams, and ATF authorities, who recognize her as a key asset in maintaining compliance and operational efficiency.

Robbie Petersen

Elmendorf Exchange

Robbie, 66, is a full-time foreman at Elmendorf Popeyes and has been a valued member of the Exchange team for the past seven years. When she first joined Popeyes, she had no prior experience in fast food—but that didn’t stop her. Through dedication, hard work and a willingness to learn, Robbie quickly became a trusted and beloved figure among customers and team members. Over the years, Robbie has earned the trust of countless customers, many of whom return time and again thanks to her genuine kindness and exceptional service. Her warm smile, attention to detail and heartfelt care have created lasting bonds with her regulars. Robbie doesn’t just serve meals—she serves moments of connection, warmth, and community. She truly embodies what the Exchange stands for: “Family Serving Family.” We’re proud to have her on our Exchange team.

Salma Ramirez, US Patriot Manager, is being recognized for her outstanding contributions to the Kirtland AFB Exchange and the surrounding community. Ms. Ramirez has consistently demonstrated an exceptional commitment to the Exchange mission and to our service members and their families. The Kirtland AFB community has truly embraced her for her dedication, professionalism and customer-first attitude. She is a strong advocate of the MILITARY STAR card, actively promoting it and clearly explaining its benefits to customers. With Salma’s help, sales are 11% above plan and earnings are 10% above plan. Ms. Ramirez understands the critical role the Exchange plays in supporting our military members and their families. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure a positive shopping experience, and she does so with integrity and professionalism.
