Brett consistently delivers excellent customer service during peak hours in the evening, ensuring accurate and timely orders. He is always willing to cook and prepare items that are sold out upon customer request, ensuring guest satisfaction even during closing time. Brett maintains cleanliness in the back of house, especially the walk-in cooler, and takes the lead in the absence of his supervisors to run a smooth evening shift while ensuring every last customer is served—even a few minutes before or after closing.

Ops Squad Associate Robbie Newton has truly kicked it up since assuming the role of Military Star ambassador, representing Lakenheath main store and leading the way for the UK Consolidated Exchange. Robbie’s high energy and enthusiasm for exceeding the facility goal has inspired his teammates to press on with the same momentum. He set the bar high for himself with an impressive 19 new accounts in the month of July,  contributing to a 206% increase in applications for the month. Robbie’s regular updates to the team and continued training have, according to Robbie, been the key to the facility’s success in achieving 141 applications YTD vs 88 PY, 25% of which were opened by Robbie. The Lakenheath main store is extremely fortunate to have such a dedicated and motivational ambassador leading the way to success!
