Cecilia is a recent addition to the Misawa Express team and has quickly distinguished herself through her strong work ethic and dedication. She rapidly mastered her responsibilities and consistently approaches her duties with professionalism and attention to detail. Notably, Cecilia played a key role in launching Hunt Brothers Pizza at the Express during a high-demand period coinciding with a large-scale exercise at Misawa Air Base. Her contributions were instrumental in generating $62,000 in sales for the month of July, placing our location No. 2 in the Pacific Region!

Yukiko Tokeshi exemplifies great customer service daily and is often complimented on how she treats customers like family, remembers the names of regular customers, and provides friendly service. On Aug. 5, a customer was inquiring about food options for a weekly church gathering and said that he had already stopped by the base club, before placing the order, he stopped by the food court to see if there were better options. Yukiko proposed Subway platters and Pizza Hut pizzas, saying, “You can enjoy a variety of options every week.” The customer was impressed and very satisfied with Yukiko’s friendly demeanor and presentation of food items, and immediately placed orders with Subway and Pizza Hut for the next three months. Yukiko not only fulfilled the customer’s needs but also contributed to the Camp Kinser food court with an additional sales of $1,440 over the next three months. Yukiko’s dedication to serving customers with genuine care is a source of pride for the Camp Kinser Exchange.
