Vanessa Pawley has made exceptional contributions since joining the team as a Services business technician in October 2024. Since her arrival, Vanessa has played a pivotal role in advancing the growth and success of our Short-Term Food Agreements (STFA) program. Her leadership and strategic oversight have resulted in year-to-date sales of $898,308, a remarkable 25% increase compared with the previous year. In addition, she has generated $105,815 in income, representing a 29% increase from last year’s figure of $82,518. These outstanding results reflect her ability to align business operations with mission goals while maximizing revenue potential. Vanessa has also expanded our program’s footprint by launching two new food truck locations, enhancing convenience and culinary variety for the Nellis AFB community. Her proactive vendor engagement, thorough site assessments and attention to operational logistics, has allowed for a seamless integration of these new offerings. She embodies our “locked in to stay lit” mindset—approaching every task with enthusiasm, focus and innovation. Vanessa consistently fosters strong relationships with vendors, ensuring they are well-supported and aligned with our standards of service and professionalism. Her commitment to operational excellence, paired with her collaborative and solution-driven approach, continues to elevate customer satisfaction and financial performance across the board. Denise has been a bright light in the dark days of interior Alaskan winter. Her positive attitude has our customers smiling as soon as the store opens at 0600 each morning. Her dedication to our Airmen and their families comes from her own son being stationed at Eielson AFB. Not only does she have exceptional customer service, she takes pride in ensuring the Snack Avenue is always well stocked. Due to her drive and dedication, Snack Avenue sales increased 31.2% compared with LY, units sold was up 21.5%, and gross margin was up 10.4%!

Tamika Robles is being recognized for her exemplary performance and for demonstrating the qualities of a true leader. Her attention to detail and commitment to excellence are demonstrated in her brand audit inspections, averaging a 95% over the past year, and her commitment to brand standards. Tamika maintains a proactive and solution-oriented approach, inspiring others do the same while sharing her knowledge and fostering a collaborative work environment. Through her leadership, the team has decreased expenses 15%, increased productivity 28% and improved the bottom line 44%.
