Joe Evans’ focus is on the luggage area. He is an Air Force Veteran and retiree, and working with the Exchange keeps him connected to the military community. Joe’s work has contributed to sales in luggage of $339,894 YTD compared with $251,171 LY—a 35% increase. The gross profit for the area also increased by 42% YTD, to $112,270. Recently, Joe celebrated his 80th birthday and is a great example of dedication to the Exchange mission for others to follow.
Traniece N. Davett

Traniece Davett has been a member of the Fort Benning Dunkin’s team since July 2021. From day one, Traniece has shown her strong work ethic by learning and executing her knowledge as a Dunkin member. Traniece’s engagement in the facility includes enforcing Dunkin’s brand and food safety standards to ensure the customers always get the best service and product. Traniece has become our regular customers’ favorite barista! Traniece is very detail oriented and always makes sure the customers have a great visit. Her contributions and engagement are shown in the facility’s overall goals and financial achievements. Sales are $790k YTD—that’s 12% above LY, gross profit is 12% above LY and DOR 123% above LY. Traniece is an asset to the Dunkin’ team!
Anna Geraneo
Shift Manager
Patrick and Cape Express
Anna Geraneo is proudly serving at both Patrick and Cape Express as a shift manager. She is approaching 20 years of dedication to the Exchange. In her current role, she is well respected by the store teams and has great partnerships with all vendors. Anna is well engaged with all aspects of store operations at two facilities and always does her best to keep both stores’ customer ready. One of her great passions is working the Unit Training Assembly weekends at Patrick and serving the Reservists. She plans special events for them, as well as samplings and giveaways to make their weekend even more enjoyable. Anna drives great customer service and strong results.
