Mark Molinos, Virna Narita and Philip Anthony Freed represent the “Best of the Best” from the Pacific Region. Our teams continue to provide amazing customer experiences for our service members, retirees and their families. We could not be prouder of what they do daily. Their actions reflect great credit upon themselves and the Pacific Region. Pacific Pride!

Mark Molinos
Motor Vehicle Operator, Andersen Main Store
Andersen AFB Exchange
Mark has always been an exceptional employee but a recent event demonstrated his character. Sadly, his father passed away recently, and Mark surprisingly showed up to work the next day. He said that his father would want him to continue working and that it also helped keep his mind off the recent tragedy. As an active Soldier in the Guam Army National Guard, he embodies the true meaning of “family serving family.” He comes to work with a proactive attitude and due to his efforts, we have reduced container detention fees significantly for the main store. For 2025 YTD, the main store reduced container detention fees by 93% ($220CY vs $3,188LY). Andersen Exchange is proud to have him as a part of our team.

Virna Narita
Food Concept Manager, Yokota Subway
Yokota/Fuji Exchange
Ms. Narita, Yokota Subway manager, has been instrumental in driving the Yokota Subway’s financial success. Through her relentless focus on boosting sales, enhancing customer satisfaction and streamlining operations, she achieved year-to-date sales 19% above APF and a DOR 49% above AFP. Her leadership and dedication embody the spirit of “family serving family,” setting a benchmark of excellence. Ms. Narita’s outstanding performance brings great credit to herself and the Exchange

Philip “Tony” Freed
Services Owner, Cutting Edge Design
Camp Zama Exchange
Tony has contributed his service to the military and family members at the Camp Zama Exchange for over more than five years by selling his authentic Japanese swords. From Aug. 29 through Sept. 4, he sold 10 swords, generating sales of $21,500 at Zama during that seven-day period. We greatly appreciate his services to the community and family members.
