Teresa Thayer
Visual Merchandiser
F.E. Warren/Ellsworth Exchange

Teresa is an outstanding associate and dedicated team player. As the visual merchandiser for the F.E. Warren and Ellsworth Exchanges, which are five hours apart, she never hesitates to ensure each store looks its best. Teresa takes pride in creating appealing, organized displays that align with the brand’s image and capture customer attention. She understands shopper behavior and strategically places products to encourage sales. Working closely with store managers, she ensures displays, layouts and signage are consistent and effective across all locations. Her hard work, commitment, and positive attitude make her an invaluable part of the team. She recently was asked to train the new visual merchandiser at Buckley SFB and with no hesitation, she accepted and drove two hours to help with the training. Thank you for always going the extra miles for the team!

Known as our ace in the drive-through, he consistently drives efficiency, trains new associates on the register and drive-through and helps improve speed of service. His commitment expertise, and willingness to mentor others make Marcus an indispensable member of the team. Paxton Newburg
Barber, Barbershop
Mountain Home Exchange

Since joining the Barber Shop team in October 2024, Paxton has shown customers what hairstyling is all about, whether it be classic cuts or encouraging them to try something new. He is well liked by all and customers are willing to wait for his chair to be available. They also appreciate his easygoing personality just as much as his skills to keep up during the peak hours. Sales have increased 25% since he has been with the shop, even during the hard time when the base had closed and half the Airmen deployed for the majority of the year. Paxton shows how to be a true asset to the team.
