Exchange Launches Virtual Wall of Honor to Celebrate Military-Connected Associates
In celebration of Salute to Service month, the Exchange is creating a virtual Wall of Honor to recognize and celebrate our military-connected associates.
If you’re a Veteran, the Exchange’s social media team would like to share your photo.
Associates are invited to submit a photo of themselves in uniform or during active duty to be featured on the Exchange’s associate social media channels, Facebook, Instagram and X, throughout November.
“This initiative honors the many Exchange associates who have served or continue to serve our Nation, showcasing the strong bond between the Exchange and the military community it supports,” said Vice President of Marketing and Customer Engagement Julie Mitchell.
This November, the Exchange is introducing Salute to Service month, paying tribute to our Nation’s heroes on more than just Veterans. The monthlong celebration includes in-store giveaways too.
Submissions should be sent to socialmedia@aafes.com no later than Oct. 29.
I guess the way the picture shows this is only for Army and Air Force veterans. I being a Navy veteran who served the Army and the Air Force with my 31 years of service with AAFES cannot submit a photo.
