#FlashbackFriday: Halloween—The Sequel

Here’s another photographic bag of tricks and treats.

Last year, #FlashbackFriday took a look at some Exchange scenes of Halloweens past. But sometimes, there are treats left over. With Halloween falling on a freaky #FlashbackFriday this year, here’s a look at some more costume dramas.

1984: McChord AFB Theater Supervisor Bill Hart and cashier Norman Cockrell weren’t afraid to dress as ghosts when the original “Ghostbusters” arrived at McChord.

2020: During the COVID-19 pandemic, Exchanges came up with imaginative ways to make sure that military children could enjoy Halloween. Top: Ramstein Air Base associates, including one driving a vehicle while dressed as Santa Claus, participate in a Halloween parade hosted by the 86th Force Support Squadron. Bottom: The Davis-Monthan BX supports a community drive-thru trunk-or-treat. More than 400 children participated. You can find more 2020 Halloween photos here.
