LEX powered by Percipio, which launches in December, is a step forward in supporting associate growth and development, giving every associate the tools to build new skills, stay compliant and advance their careers.
A ready, mobile and capable workforce starts with access to learning that’s just as dynamic as the world we operate in. The new system features a clean, intuitive homepage, personalized dashboards and one-click access to required courses.
Now that LEX is powered by Percipio, associates have the flexibility to learn how and when it works best for them. Whether using a phone, tablet, desktop or laptop, associates have a consistent experience.
We’re bringing you an expanded content library—from compliance training to leadership development, technical skills and professional certifications. LEX introduces personalized learning paths based on associates’ roles, interests and career goals, so they can shape their own development. Interactive courses and skill-based programs give associates new ways to grow and explore topics.
Learning should be simple, and the new system offers in-platform guidance and real-time support tools, including live chat options. If you have a question or get stuck, help is directly available within the learning management system.
We’re currently in the final stages of implementation and testing, with a full rollout scheduled for December. Over the next several weeks, you’ll see communications, sneak peeks and demo sessions to help you get ready.
Although all mandatory courses must still be completed by Jan. 31, associates are encouraged to complete mandatory training as soon as possible.
When the system is launched, associates will be provided a step-by-step user guide, short videos and quick-start tutorials to make the transition easier. Learning ambassadors and support teams will also be available to answer questions.
For managers and supervisors, LEX introduces real-time reporting and enhanced dashboards to make tracking compliance, running reports and identifying training gaps more intuitive.
This new system puts learning in your hands. Associates can explore topics at their own pace. LEX isn’t just about completing required courses; it’s about building careers and discovering what’s possible.
