Timothy Thomas has been an incredible asset to our team. Tim, as he is commonly known, is the stockroom manager at the Fort Eustis main store. Tim exemplifies dedication and unmatched problem-solving skills. Tim not only excels in his job but actively seeks ways to improve processes for everyone. By saving the facility more than $40,000 on a recent project, Tim’s sense of initiative and creativity has made a real impact on the facility, and he is an invaluable member of the JBLE team.

Orlandis Johnson is a dedicated and highly valued warehouse worker at the Langley food court. Since orlandis joined the team in June 2017, he has displayed outstanding reliability, a strong work ethic and an unwavering commitment to supporting our operations. He has crossed-trained in multiple brands, including Popeyes, Subway and Arby’s, demonstrating remarkable versatility and adaptability. His positive attitude, professionalism and dedication to excellence have earned him the respect and admiration of his teammates and supervisors. Orlandis played a key role in a recent floor restoration project, volunteering to work overnight shifts. His efforts directly contributed to saving the facility more than $8,000 in labor costs. This initiative not only highlights his willingness to go above and beyond but also reflects his deep sense of ownership and pride in our shared mission. Orlandis Johnson is an invaluable member of our team. His contributions continue to have a meaningful impact on our operations and workplace culture.

Christian goes above and beyond for the Exchange and its customers. He has a great snack assortment. He has been with the Exchange for 10 years, understands the urgency when calls are placed and refills stock within 48 hours to ensure our customers are being taken care of. He is a big contributor to the success at Fort Bragg and all the self-service markets on the installation. Big shout out to Christian and his team for making great things happen on the installation not only for the Exchange but also for Fort Bragg troops and their families.
