Chloe has been a fantastic addition to the Malmstrom Exchange family! She has been with us for a short time but her drive and dedication as a stocker have been exceptional. Chloe’s consistency in pushing merchandise to the sales floor helped drive sales in fiscal September across Department 20 +6.74%, Department 25 +8.37% and Department 29 +25.8%. Chloe has been a champion for the team in pushing out SBT Merchandise where we have 48 feet worth of protein bars and powders. She takes on the SBT challenge, keeping merchandise stocked and rotated for our service members. She is incredibly dedicated and enjoys serving the mission at Malmstrom AFB as a military spouse. Chloe dedicated her time to assist in the various events during Salute to Service Month in November, passing out collectable penny POGs showing a deep appreciation for our Veteran community here at Malmstrom AFB and in Great Falls, Montana. Friendly, reliable and a powerhouse to take on any task, Chloe is a standout for her contributions to making Malmstrom the best it can be! Go BESTERN!

Gloria Rapou is a very hard-working dedicated foreman. She consistently shows the ability to teach, coach and encourage her team and operates at high levels of commitment to our customers. Always friendly, Gloria makes sure customers’ needs are met with consistency. Gloria drives for results and has developed her team. She always finds new ways to approach challenges to ensure there is a solution. Gloria demonstrates integrity and takes pride in everything that she does. We are so grateful and appreciative of all that she does for Lifestyle Center Food Court Taco Bell and the Fort Bliss Exchange.

Adrian and Carmen Hernandez, owners of Americana Laser, have an outstanding commitment to serving our military community. Since becoming a valued concessionaire partner in February 2018, Americana Laser has consistently demonstrated a dedication to providing quality products and service. Their efforts have not only enhanced our performance but have also significantly contributed to customer satisfaction. The Hernandezes commitment to serving those who serve secured their long-term location in the Nellis Exchange Mall in May of this year. Since moving into a mall suite, their sales have continued an upward trend, increasing from $51,938 in 2024 to $66,088 YTD, an impressive 27.24% improvement. We extend our heartfelt appreciation to Adrian and Carmen Hernandez of Americana Laser for their continued partnership and unwavering support of our Warfighters and their families. Their contributions are deeply valued and greatly appreciated.
