Since joining the Vicenza main store team one year ago, Serena has consistently demonstrated a deep commitment to the Exchange mission and to our vision to be the preferred retail provider for military families through extraordinary customer experiences. As Selling Center B supervisor, Serena oversees the sports, luggage, stationery and PowerZone departments. Serena’s dedication to taking care of our customers through our programs is outstanding. Through her leadership, Serena has aligned her team’s efforts with our goals, ensuring the consistent success of Exchange programs: Exchange Protection Plan, 26.3% YTD, AppleCare 43% YTD, MILITARY STAR penetration 13.74% YTD and 17.94 and 378 new MilStar applications YTD. Her contributions directly impacted our bottom line, contributing $93,000 YTD in program income, a 5% increase from the prior year. Serena’s exceptional skills and positive approach made a significant difference to our facility’s achievements!

Supervisor, Spangdahlem Theater
Spangdahlem Consolidated Exchange
Mark consistently elevates the Reel Time Theater experience through innovative, customer‑focused ideas and strong collaboration between Europe Region and headquarters. Deeply engaged in the community, he supports PAR initiatives and partners with the Chaplain Corps, Armed Forces Network and the USO to enhance theater programs and events. His guidance on retail vendors has boosted merchandise success, leading patrons to eagerly await blockbuster releases and themed theater events. A familiar voice on AFN’s “Movie Talk with Mark,” he’s become a beloved figure, especially among children excited to meet the “celebrity” selling tickets and popcorn. He is also recognized for exceptional birthday‑party planning, making each celebration smooth, organized, and fun, demonstrating the passion and creativity that make him invaluable to Spangdahlem and the wider theater network.

Katina A. Finley
Supervisor, Services Business Tech
Wiesbaden Exchange
Katina Finley has consistently exceeded expectations since joining the Services team, going above the call of duty to support customers and our concession partners with professionalism and care. She leveraged her prior cash-cage experience and quickly learned new processes to help recruit and onboard new rovers and food trucks, guiding them through the Exchange culture of serving those who serve. Her efforts directly contributed to major financial gains, including driving the short-term roving program to $147,000 in concession sales, a 57% increase vs. plan in FY 2025. Katina also played a key role in setting up two new Short Term Food Agreements and two Long Term Food Agreements, generating $110,000 in new concession sales for FY 2025. Her strong work ethic and customer-focused approach continue to significantly elevate the success of the Wiesbaden Services team.
