Darleneann consistently demonstrates outstanding dedication to supporting Airmen and their families at Lackland and Randolph Air Force Bases. In February, she successfully coordinated four events, resulting in $16,891 in sales and $2,027 in income. These achievements highlight her commitment to professional growth, operational excellence and exceptional mission support, reflecting her continued dedication and impact. Darleneann is a valued member of Team Exchange and was a made a huge contribution to the success achieved in 2025.

Alexis has made a significant positive impact on the Fort Hood TJ Mills Starbucks team. In just five months as a foreman, she has helped drive a 3.28% sales increase compared with prior year, along with a 2% improvement in gross profit, an incredible achievement in such a short time. Alexis brings a deep wealth of knowledge to the store and consistently shares her expertise with the team. She is a strong mentor, a supportive leader and someone others naturally look up to. Alexis is an outstanding foreman and an invaluable asset to the TJ Mills Starbucks team.

Heather is being recognized for her contributions to the Campbell Exchange and to Fort Campbell Starbucks customers. Although at Starbucks for only a little over a year, Heather has taken on the role of training new associates, becoming their role model and leading by example. Her friendly attitude and amazing customer service (along with an amazing cup of coffee) brighten her customers’s days. Heather is eager to learn and take on more responsibilities, and she was an important part of the Campbell Starbucks’ recent succesful Coffeehouse Excellence Assessment, earning a score of 3, the best score the assessor has ever given. Heather is an amazing part of the Campbell Starbucks and Exchange Team! We are proud of her dedication and service to our customers.
