Beatrice Lines of Early Bird Loaded Fries exemplifies the Exchange core value family serving family. Beatrice, who is a military retiree’s spouse, and her team have been providing delicious and unique food options to the Fort Wainwright community since June 2023. Beatrice introduced the community to her delightful menu at her food trailer while assisting in events that summer. Since then, she has brought her customer-focused team and one-of-a-kind menu to the food court. Early Bird has made an incredible impact on the Fort Wainwright community, while bringing Quality- of-Life benefits. The Northern Alaska Exchange thanks Beatrice Lines’ commitment to providing high-quality, delectable food to our Arctic Warfighters!

Crystal Valentin has made outstanding contributions during her tenure as a visual merchandiser for the Fort Bliss Exchange. She has consistently demonstrated a high level of excellence, combining strategic vision with meticulous execution to drive measurable results. One of her most significant achievements was the strategic management of our social media presence, which resulted in a 12% increase in Facebook followers. This growth directly enhanced our customer engagement and strengthened our brand’s digital footprint within the community. Beyond her primary role, Crystal exhibited extraordinary leadership when she stepped in to manage the comprehensive marketing and visual merchandising operations for three bases across two states during a senior manager’s extended leave. This complex responsibility required exceptional organizational skills and logistical precision. Crystal not only maintained smooth operations but also led critical discussions regarding sign program launches with senior management, ensuring that our regional strategies remained on track. Her proficiency was further evidenced during the coordination of three high-profile SVP and VP visits. Crystal and her team made sure that every detail was perfect, promptly identifying and resolving five signing discrepancies to maintain our rigorous brand standards. Crystal’s dedication, leadership and unwavering commitment to excellence have been instrumental to the success of the Fort Bliss Exchange. She is a vital asset to our team and the wider region.
