During a live “Chief Chat” at the 2023 MSM/GM Conference, celebrity chef Robert Irvine illustrated what it means to take care of people—and then tied the anecdote to the Exchange’s support for the military.

“These stellar teammates have been my mentors,” Shull said. “Over the last 10 years, each has played a significant role in teaching me what it truly means to serve those who serve.”

The theme of the first MSM/GM Conference since 2019 is “Exchange Strong,” words that Director/CEO Tom Shull underscored in opening remarks about the strength of the Exchange, and about plans to build on that strength.
