Angela is a warrior! Her employees and customers appreciate her daily support. Even with all the staffing challenges, she continues to take the store to a higher level. Angela’s commitment and courage to always do the right thing do not go unnoticed. Her high standards and consistency in operations have led to her facility becoming a training location. Angela’s sales YTD are 23% above last year and earnings are 72% above last year. Food safety and brand standards do not distract her from ensuring that customers are taken care of all the time. She truly demonstrates excellence in all she does!

Judy has been our driving force at all facilities for MILITARY STAR card applications. Every customer she encounters, she asks if they would like to use their Star card or if they have heard about the card and all its exceptional benefits and rewards program. Judy was able to get 143 approved applications for second quarter FY21. She always has a goal to ensure all associates are knowledgeable when explaining the MILITARY STAR card. She has initiated many games and prizes for the associates to keep them up to date on the benefits and rewards. We can also count on Judy to assist at any of our facilities by setting up events and keeping our customers in the know. She has been an asset to Fort Lee, and she is greatly appreciated!
Roszele Catanch

Shaw AFB Main Store
Roszele Catanch, better known as “Ms. Sue,” started her career with the Exchange in 1979. She is celebrating over 40 years with the Exchange and has been part of the Shaw team since July 1986. She is always on time for work and has had perfect attendance for the last 41 years. Ms. Sue is a retired-military spouse and has had the opportunity of traveling the world where she has enjoyed “Serving the Best Customers in the World.” Her way of engaging with our customers makes them excited about buying and she has thousands of “loves,” “likes,” and messages from our Facebook page. Every customer that meets her leaves with a smile and is happy with what they purchased. She has had hundreds of positive customer comments throughout the years, both verbal and written and she has been recognized by SVP Bob White, along with numerous VPs and GMs, for her commitment to service. Not only does Ms. Sue take care of our customers, but she also embraces MilStar and EPP by leading the team as the Brand Ambassador. She has a total of 63 approvals and has generated over $100k in MILITARY STAR penetration sales year to date. She is an advocate for the customers, informing them on all the needs for their purchases, from attachments needed to operate the product, to the protection plan they need to protect their investment — Ms. Sue has sold 25 AppleCare plans YTD. She is continuously on LEX and AppleSeed updating her knowledge to better serve the customers not only in her department but in other departments as well. She loves to share information with the customers through her personalized PA announcements and Facebook promotions, such as Shaw Exchange’s upcoming events, base events, reminders of items to buy, and special deals throughout the store. During the holidays we get a special song to go along with the announcements. She keeps the customers and associates smiling with her bubbly, outgoing personality and she continues to be instrumental in growing the store’s sales at Shaw Main Store. Ms. Sue is truly an asset to the Exchange!
