David Fleming, Commander, Headquarters Battalion; Lajima Marshall, Main Store Manager, Fort Belvoir Exchange; and Alex Mamaril, General Manager, Fort Belvoir Exchange, cut the ribbon on Bath & Body Works June 10 in the Exchange mall.

Soldiers and families at Fort Belvoir can find a variety of bath and skincare products, fragrances, candles and more at the Exchange’s new Bath & Body Works store, located in the Exchange mall.

Fort Belvoir is home to the fourth Bath & Body Works on an Army or Air Force installation —Fort Lewis, Ramstein Air Base and Fort Hood are home to the others.

Headquarters Battalion Commander Lt. Col. David Fleming and HQBN Command Sgt. Maj. Michel Fraser joined Alex Mamaril, General Manager of the Fort Belvoir Exchange, in cutting the ribbon on the store at its June 10 grand opening.

“The Exchange is committed to improving the shopping experience for the Fort Belvoir community,” Mamaril said. “The addition of Bath & Body Works at Fort Belvoir is part of the Exchange’s Quality-of-Life improvement strategy–bringing trustworthy and valued brands to the military community.”

More Exchange improvements are on the way at Fort Belvoir, including pre-owned handbags from brands such as Gucci, Louis Vuitton and more; new gaming and home security concept shops in the PowerZone; a Panda Express at the food court; and a Grunt Style apparel store in the mall.

Shopping and dining with the Exchange benefits Warfighters and military families, as 100% of Exchange earnings support the community. In the last 10 years, the Exchange has provided $3.5 billion in earnings for critical military Quality-of-Life programs.
