He is friendly, courteous and has excellent communication skills, always keeping our teammates informed of all upcoming upgrades, changes and equipment status. John is always on the move, helping the entire Edwards team with his outstanding customer service. He is the embodiment of Family Serving Family, ensuring our internal customers can focus on our community.

Comfort joined the Malmstrom Popeyes as a batter fry cook in June 2020, and quickly became an invaluable member of our team. Starting a new job can be overwhelming, but Comfort easily rose to the challenge. She is always in a good mood, and consistently does magnificent work, contributing positivity to our morale. She single-handedly runs an efficient and squeaky-clean kitchen. Comfort is excellent at training new associates on standard procedures, ensuring our customers can expect the same great taste every visit. She is always happy to lend a hand where needed. Comfort takes pride every shift in opening the store on time and has hot, fresh chicken ready to serve.

Longhorn Coffee Company Owner

Goodfellow Air Force Base would like to recognize Longhorn Coffee Company owner Scott Decker. Scott served in the Air Force for 21 years. After retiring, he worked in the oil fields for 14 years before turning his hobby of coffee roasting into a local business, Longhorn Coffee Company. While looking for opportunities to expand the business, Scott purchased a four-horse trailer and converted it into the Longhorn Coffee Trailer. For four years, that trailer has been serving Goodfellow personnel more than 8,000 drinks and snacks per month. Scott is proud to be part of the Exchange and helping the military community.
