As a warehouse worker at Humphreys’ TTM Express, Mr. Chong is responsible for a variety of tasks including counting inventory, restocking shelves, tracking and accepting incoming orders, processing, packaging and shipping transfer orders. He prides himself on a clean and organized warehouse, ensuring a safe work environment. Mr. Chong is a true team player, taking the initiative to restock the walk-in cooler and freezer as well as performing any additional actions to ensure each customer has the best possible shopping experience. His dedication has contributed to the store’s December sales of $1,056,025 and FY22 sales of $8,987,745.

Choe, Chang-sop, has been a dedicated Exchange associate for 27 years! His go-getter initiative is truly contagious, and under his strong leadership, Casey Taco Bell sales increased by 18.7% above annual financial plan, with direct operating results 81.6% above AFP, despite ongoing renovations. He is always the first to say “YES”, never shies away from a challenge and ensures every customer receives excellent and accurate service. Thank you, Chang-sop!

Kyong-Mi “Kelly” Choe is an amazing asset to the Exchange and consistently shows great support to the Humphreys community. During the COVID-19 Pandemic, Kelly worked with the 2nd Infantry Division to support quarantined barracks buildings with internet service for those having to quarantine for seven to 14 days. More recently, Kelly and her team received high praise from the Humphreys Command Center Chief for their superior installation and exemplary customer service while installing internet and cable TV in the Humphreys Command Center, headquarters to the United States Forces Korea 4-Star leadership. They were able to complete these installations during the Command Center’s hectic schedule and demands. Kelly has shown she is devoted to serving our soldiers, their families, and the Humphreys community. We want to thank you, Kelly, for truly making Humphreys home.
