The hard work and dedication to our service members provided by Nicola Boscari, Ernest Usher, and Anja Heberle are outstanding. Their efforts to continuously find new ways to provide that extra customer care are appreciated, and we are proud to have them on the Europe team!

As the primary stocker for the Sports Nutrition shop, Nicola maintains a strong relationship with our local EURPAC representative, ensuring that the area remains fully stocked, helping us achieve Sports Nutrition sales 19% above prior year for fiscal year 2023. His dedication to keeping our sales floor stocked with what our customers need has helped us achieve store sales 3% above annual financial plan for fiscal year 2023.  Nicola recently received a wonderful internal customer comment, “Nicola always has smile on his face. You just can’t help but be happy when you’re around him. He takes ownership of whatever department he’s working, efficiently and neatly displaying as much product as possible. Every store needs a Nicola!”

Customer Service Supervisor Ernest Usher has worked hard to re-establish training and procedures, and has reintroduced programs within Customer Service for an easier engagement with our customers. He developed a new system to promote social-media awareness and visibility for Mildenhall Exchange, driving customer awareness on the UK Consolidated Facebook page, increasing follower insight by 30% and engagement by 40%.  Through product promotions, customer engagement and encouraging store visitation through videos and sharing posts, Ernest successfully created a marketing team at Mildenhall.  During these campaigns, he actively promoted the MILITARY STAR card and its benefits to our customers. Working with the leads of various departments, Ernest was able to create more visibility by displaying products. He coordinated NFL, Tailgate, Pokémon, Meet the Grinch, Super Bowl and other events to drive demand for marketing through social media. We are grateful for you and your efforts. Ernest!

Anja Heberle

Anja has held various positions during her 20 years at the Exchange and has become a quintessential member of the Grafenwoehr Consolidated Exchange. Our year-to-date sales are 15.5% or $2.5 million above prior year with our year-to-date earnings 193% or $458,000 above our annual financial plan and 100% above our prior year. Due to Anja’s assertiveness and dedication to her job, our Pizza Hut is No. 11 in productivity worldwide year-to-date. We are extremely proud to have her on the Grafenwoehr Food Court team!
