U.S. ARMY GARRISON HUMPHREYS – Camp Humphreys service members, families and community members who are craving burritos, tacos and more are in luck—the Exchange is welcoming two Qdoba Mexican Eats to the installation.
On Sept. 12, U.S. Army Garrison Humphreys Deputy to the Commander Daniel Hancock joined Exchange Pacific Commander Col. Jason Beck, Exchange Pacific Regional Vice President Jennifer Jordan and Camp Humphreys Exchange General Manager George McNamara in cutting the ribbon on the restaurant at the Family Mini Mall. A second location opened Sept. 13 at the Sentry Troop Mini Mall.
These are the third and fourth Qdobas in the Pacific Region after the Exchange opened the first two at Kadena Air Base and Camp Foster last month.
“It’s a major morale boost for our community to have another healthy option and a taste of home here in Korea,” McNamara said. “The build-your-own menu, the flavor profile and the convenience make Qdoba a great fit for Camp Humphreys.”

The first Exchange Qdoba opened in 2016, and the Department of Defense retailer now has more than 35 locations of the popular fast-casual Mexican eatery worldwide.
Qdoba’s menu is highly customizable and aligns with the Exchange’s BE FIT 360 initiative to aggressively expand the availability of better-for-you options on U.S. military installations. Diners can build their own bowls, burritos, salads and more from more than 30 ingredients. There are also vegetarian, vegan, keto-friendly, low-carb, high-protein and gluten-friendly options available.
Dining at Exchange restaurants and shopping Exchange stores help makes the military community stronger, as 100% of Exchange earnings are reinvested in military communities through support for on-base Quality-of-Life programs and capital improvements, such as the addition of the Qdobas.
