Customer Experience Associate
Whiteman Exchange/Express

Jocelyn is the face of our morning shift. She greets each customer by name and knows their regular order. She is expert at upselling and encouraging customers to try new things. We set out a challenge for our associates in Snack Avenue and Jocelyn has answered the call.  In July and August, she led the way to increased sales in Roller Bites by 159% and 48% respectively and hot dogs by 48% and 46%. She has shared with her teammates the importance of always having food available on the grill and her efforts are showing as we continue to grow our gross profit to meet the region goal.  Her enthusiasm for working at the Express shows in all her actions. Her diligence in ensuring that we have the right product at the right time in Snack Avenue directly affects our financial success.

Marion Richards
Food Service Foreman
Fort Sill

Marion Richards has been a dedicated Exchange associate for 21 years, serving as a foreman at Popeyes for the past seven years. Her commitment to excellence in customer service and leadership has consistently set her apart. Recently, Marion received high praise from retired USAF Chief Master Sgt. Andrew Jackson, who is a decorated war Veteran with 44 years of service.  He stated: “Today, I want to take time and recognize an Outstanding Fort Sill Employee that works at Popeyes Restaurant. Her name is Marion. I came to the drive-thru yesterday in the evening to get a meal for me and family. The first person taking my order was very hard to understand and she did not answer my questions about the meal. However, at some point things got better for me when Marion got involved and asked me what the problem was and what [I wanted]. She quickly answered all my questions, explained my options, and allowed me to order food that was best for me and my family. Next, Marion demonstrated Outstanding Food Service Skills as an Employee as follows: Outstanding Job Knowledge, Outstanding Customer Service Skills, Outstanding Professional Courtesy, and finally, Outstanding Clear Instructions. Thank You Marion!!!”  Marion’s leadership, attention to detail and dedication to service excellence make us proud to have her as part of our team.
