Jessica is responsible for ensuring that standards and programs are in place BUT most of all for ensuring that the Exchange story is shared across our media platforms. Her focus and determination ensure that all our great events and activities are communicated to our local community, which is why we have such an active social media presence. Customers rely on our Facebook and Instagram post to find out what’s happening and to become involved with our stores. The Puerto Rico Exchange consistently ranks No. 1 in customer engagement worldwide. Our most recent Facebook stats are as follows: 103% above LY in total engagement, 115% above LY in total views and total likes; followers of our page are 8% above. We still have the most followers—currently almost 25,000!— of any Exchange. On Instagram, we are building our presences with 45% up in total views and 51% above in likes and follows when compared with last year.
Stephanie Williams
Military Clothing Store Manager
Robins AFB Exchange
We would like to recognize Stephanie for her exceptional contributions to the Robins Military Clothing store! Through her unwavering dedication and leadership, Stephanie has achieved an impressive $98,000 increase in sales for the year, a $7,000 reduction in expenses, and a $25,000 boost in operating revenue over the last year. Her ability to navigate inventory challenges while collaborating with MD and other facilities has ensured that our Airmen and Soldiers at Robins AFB receive the essential uniforms and accessories they need. Stephanie’s commitment to excellence significantly enhances mission readiness for the Air Force and Army. Thank you, Stephanie, for your outstanding work and dedication!
Darcey Frecker
Food Service Foreman – Dunkin
Fort Moore Exchange
Darcey Frecker has been a member of the Fort Moore Dunkin’ team since June 2024. From day one, Darcey has proved her leadership skills by learning and executing her knowledge as a Foreman. Darcey’s engagement in the facility includes expanding the doughnut choices by baking all seasonal doughnuts and enforcing Dunkin’s brand and food safety standards to ensure that customers always get the best service and product. Darcey is always pushing big catering orders and making the process smooth for the customers and her teammates. Her contributions and engagement are shown in the facility’s overall goals and financial achievements. Sales are over $1M YTD, GP 7% above LY and DOR 60% above LY. Darcey is an asset to the Dunkin’ team!
