Four Stores Win COO X Award for Operational Excellence

Winners of the Exchange Chief Operating Officer’s X Award were announced April 28. The award for operational excellence is presented to one main Exchange in each store-size category (mega, large, medium and small). Winners are selected based on criteria including earnings, MILITARY STAR_® usage, gross margin return on investment and inventory variance.

The 2025 COO X Award winners are:

Small Exchange: F.E. Warren AFB Main Store (Western Region)

Medium: Vicenza Main Store (Europe Region)

Large: JBSA-Randolph AFB Main Store (Central Region)

Mega: Fort Cavazos Main Store (Central Region)
