Reanne Heath has been solely operating the Hanscom Military Clothing store for the past several months and has done an exceptional job at ensuring all aspects of the facility are successful. She has persevered through the current Military Clothing challenges during this high-demand time and has gone above and beyond to ensure the impact on service members is minimal. Reanne takes great pride in guaranteeing that our Military Service members are provided first-rate service and puts in extra effort to meet their needs. In addition to operating our Military Clothing facility, she never hesitates to assist the main store with daily operational needs. The current financials are a testament to her dedication to our mission, with a sales increase of $34,678 or 53% in March!

Belvoir-Myer

Megan Snyder is a key team member of the Belvoir-Myer Services operation, focusing on food operations. Last year, Megan sourced 11 new food trucks to add to our fleet, generating a 3% boost in sales and income. She coordinated food-truck support for over 30 events for the garrisons and mission partners as well as establishing a food-truck schedule to support food deserts such as Davidson Army Airfield and Fort McNair. She conducts monthly food sanitation inspections at all concession food operations, including the food trucks, and has forged a solid relationship with Army Public Health to ensure that concession food operations are compliant with food code regulations and are supporting our military customer with the highest sanitation levels to ensure mission readiness. Megan has recently been selected to attend the SBM Academy … We are so proud of her!

Aaliyah goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction by memorizing regular customers’ names and preferences. Her hard work and dedication in delivering top-notch customer service, helping to maintain a clean and welcoming store environment and consistently promoting items to drive sales are truly appreciated. Her outstanding performance, dedication, exceptional customer service and teamwork have earned her this recognition!
