Where Heroes Work: Timothy Hall, Fort Benning

Timothy Hall head shot with "Where Heroes Work" text.

One in a series spotlighting Veteran and military spouse associates, who bring unique experiences to the Exchange mission

Who he is: Timothy Hall, Marne Road Express Manager, Fort Benning

Years with the Exchange: 33

Military connection: Army Veteran

Most memorable Exchange moment: Hall credits his faith in God for his journey with the Exchange. He began as a janitor and through perseverance and purpose, rose through the ranks to become a store manager. “Most organizations don’t give you that kind of opportunity,” Hall said.

Why he joined the Exchange: When Hall started with the Exchange, both he and his wife were in the military, raising two young sons. Faced with frequent deployments, Hall made the difficult decision to leave the Army to focus on family.

Why the Exchange is the best place for Veterans or military spouses to work: Hall said the relationships he’s built keep him motivated. “The benefits are unmatched, and I’ve received support and professional training every step of the way. Not many organizations let you start at the bottom and grow.”

Incredible recognition for an incredible man. I’ve known Tim for years, and his leadership, character, and work ethic have always stood out. He’s the kind of person who inspires those around him and elevates everything he’s a part of—including the Exchange and our local community. This recognition is long overdue and well deserved. Congratulations, Tim!
