As warehouse foreman, Alex oversees all inbound and outbound freight operations, maintains inventory accuracy and ensures the safe and efficient flow of merchandise throughout the facility. His leadership has streamlined warehouse processes, improved storage utilization and ensured on-time support for store needs and customer deliveries. In addition to his warehouse duties, Alex also serves as the automotive subject matter expert, assisting customers with technical advice and ordering the correct parts to meet their vehicle needs. His expertise and dedication helped generate $376,658 in automotive sales last year alone. Alex’s strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to excellence make him an essential member of the PXtra team.

Mihaela is a true asset to the Exchange team. In fact, with her and the Italy team, we were able to bring home the Services Elite Champion Award for FY 2024. The collaboration efforts between Vicenza and Aviano had a positive impact on overall sales, as evidenced by several key outcomes: The joint initiatives and special events between the two locations contributed to increased community engagement and business connections, which in turn supported higher sales performance. Specifically, the collaborative approach enabled the addition of 45 new short-term vendors, leading to a 30% increase in short-term sales. These efforts were complemented by innovative marketing strategies and active social media engagement, further amplifying the positive sales results. The summary of results indicates that the Vicenza-Aviano’s joint efforts were a significant factor in driving vendor participation and sales growth. The collaboration fostered a more dynamic marketplace and leveraged community ties to boost commercial activity. Our team performance reflects the positive impact of collaborative efforts, expanded vendor participation and targeted marketing strategies on both financial and community engagement outcomes. Mihaela approaches every task with enthusiasm and a positive attitude, inspiring those around her to do the same. Merly “Villy” Villamor takes pride in delivering exceptional service to the KMC community. Recently, she received a positive Interactive Customer Evaluation comment expressing gratitude for her outstanding customer service over the past two and a half years, which greatly impressed a guest and his family. Thanks to Merly’s positive impact, the KMC delivery platform experienced a 37% year-over-year increase in 2024, and it is currently reporting year-to-date sales of $163,918 as of April 2025.
