The Kunsan BX has been working closely with the 8th Civil Engineer Squadron, coordinating the unit’s purchases of major appliances and furniture since September 2024. Since then, Mr. Pak had been involved and coordinated with the unit for the delivery. Mr. Pak researched all the outstanding purchase orders and manifests to ensure that all orders were complete and that there was no confusion on product. The unit appreciated the support we provided. As a result, the Kunsan BX earned $600,863 in FY24 and $319,924 in FY25. Mr. Pak’s continuous effort has made our relationship with the community stronger.

Mr. Yo, Sang-hyon from Carroll Pizza Hut has consistently demonstrated exceptional dedication to the delivery service, ensuring every order is delivered promptly and accurately. His reliability and positive attitude have earned high praise from customers and team members. Over the past two months, Carroll Pizza Hut received only positive comments, leading to a 72% improvement in customer satisfaction compared with last year! Catering pizza-delivery sales reached $670 as of FM May 2025. One customer shared, “This is the fastest and friendliest delivery I’ve ever had – amazing job!” Mr. Yo’s commitment to excellence reflects the Exchange’s vivsion and mission, making him a role model in the food business and a true professional.

Yokota Exchange, Communication Co.
Yokota Air Base held its annual Friendship Festival on May 17 and 18, Thean open-base event draws hundreds of thousands of people from the surrounding area. Yohei operated a booth selling souvenirs tailored to local guests. The first day of the event had poor weather, causing less turnout that usual, but he was not discouraged. The following day saw significantly higher traffic, and Yohei made the best of this opportunity by closing out the two-day event with a massive $114K in sales, producing $38K in income for the Exchange! This is an increase of 27% for Communication Co. vs. last year’s Friendship Festival, and Yohei’s dedication is continuously a valued asset to the Exchange that truly makes Communication Co. a valuable concession.
