Oscar Tores started working at Presidio of Monterey Domino’s in March 2024 and made an impact immediately. In November 2024, he was promoted to general manager and brought the POM location’s success to unprecedented heights. His dedication and drive boosted POM, closing fiscal 2024 with a 14.4 above the previous year. Not only did Oscar increase hours of operation by extending closing hours to accommodate our customers; he engaged former associates and built his crew carefully and efficiently. Oscar genuinely enjoys what he does; his enthusiasm is contagious, felt not only by his team but other mall vendors and customers as well. Oscar’s readiness and positivity are powered by his admiration for the military, Thanks to him, POM Domino’s is currently 29% above last year.

Edward efficiently and safely loads and unloads trucks, while ensuring minimal damage with a quick turnaround time. He has demonstrated excellent organization by skillfully moving and arranging furniture, equipment and inventory. Edward is reliable when transporting merchandise within the facility and to other locations with accuracy and care. He proactively assists teammates and customers, always maintaining a helpful and professional attitude. Edward has a strong work ethic and dependability, often going above and beyond without needing direction.

Editha Handsome has been a valued member of the Fort Carson Exchange for 29 years. She is known at Burger King for her upbeat personality. Editha has built strong relationships with our customers and remains friendly and approachable to everyone. As a team trainer, she plays a key role in ensuring that all team members are well-prepared and capable. Always attentive in the kitchen, she ensures that products are prepared correctly and meet high standards.  Editha is constantly eager to think outside the box to ensure that Burger King’s best customers receive the exceptional service they deserve.
