They have achieved a triple-digit sales increase of 119.3% and are No. 11 in sales for the Arizona Charleys region for the past three months. His positive attitude, eagerness to achieve profitable results and passion for his associates are just some of his qualities that make him a great concept manager.

In Makenzi’s year as the new manager for Thomas Hammer Coffee on Fairchild AFB, she has truly helped the company grow. She has trained a skilled team of baristas who now exemplify the Exchange mission. She is a pleasure to work with and ensures we give the best to our military community. We are lucky to have her leading the Fairchild Thomas Hammer Coffee!

Cynthia Ivone has dedicated a decade to he Exchange, initially serving as a customer experience associate and d subsequently as a warehouse worker/receiver. Cindi has consistently demonstrated reliability and adaptability beyond her role as a receiver. When necessary, she has taken on the responsibilities of a shift manager, showcasing her leadership capabilities. She is always eager to assist in various areas of the store. Her expertise is commendable in warehouse operations, inventory management and ensuring the availability and organization of merchandise. Additionally, her understanding of the sales floor and customer needs has been exceptional throughout the year. She oversees our Snack Avenue inventory and effectively manages our waste sheets. Cindi works with great diligence and takes pride in her contributions, all while maintaining a positive attitude.
