Alessandro Mazzega is an exceptional stockroom foreman whose leadership, dedication and positive attitude have made a lasting impact on the Aviano main store. He expertly manages container scheduling, merchandise organization and stockroom safety, all while fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment. His proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement ensures that operations run smoothly and efficiently, benefiting both the stockroom and the sales floor. In addition to his core responsibilities, Alessandro plays a critical liaison role between departments, coordinating with managers to accommodate shippers, bulky items and non-planogram merchandise. He handles write-offs and damage/destruction processes with meticulous attention to detail and constantly optimizes stockroom space to maintain a clean, safe and efficient work area. Alessandro’s commitment to excellence, adaptability and team-first mindset make him a highly valued member of the Aviano main store team.

Mr. Mahmut Katar, co-owner of Katar Global Company, took over the airport shuttle service from KBR on Aug 1, .2024, ensuring a seamless transition, meeting the needs of the troops, swiftly addressing challenges and maintaining professional standards without causing any inconvenience to passengers. He exemplifies dedication, adaptability and a mission-first commitment in every aspect of his work. Whenever and wherever the Exchange needs service, he and his outstanding team are ready to support the mission. His hard work, commitment, strong work ethic, proactive attitude, extraordinary customer service toward regular customers as well as the U.S. and Turkish commands, and his effective leadership in guiding his team with consistent execution have been instrumental in the service’s success. We are proud to have Mr. Katar and his team as part of the Incirlik Exchange family.

Kuwait Exchange commends Rovic Limense for his exceptional leadership during Persian Gulf region’s “12-day war” period in June. In a time of great uncertainty and challenge, Rovic stepped up to lead his team with unwavering dedication and focus without any complaint and worked long hours as necessary.  Under his guidance, the team ensured that every customer was taken care of promptly and with the highest level of service.  Thanks to his commitment and direction, the team successfully sold approximately 2,649 whole Hunt Brothers pizzas, 2,243 hunks and 882 wings/wing bites,  plus sold 1,965 tornadoes, 893 hot dogs and 699 roller bites during a nine-day period, with an overall sale of $589K which was 86.4% above last year – a testament to his leadership and the team’s resilience.
