She routinely works late to ensure every child receives a safe, nutritious meal, going the extra mile to support families and uphold high standards. When the school’s ventilation system failed unexpectedly, she responded with creative solutions to maintain meal quality and safety without disruption. Her leadership and compassion bring great credit to herself and the Exchange, giving parents peace of mind and making a lasting impact on our community.

Mr. Manish’s meticulous attention to detail, professionalism and genuine care for each customer have made him a standout member of the barber team. He consistently goes above and beyond—not only delivering outstanding haircuts but also taking the time to listen and connect with every customer who sits in his chair. One recent customer shared the following comment: “Mr. Manish is an excellent barber who can perfect any hairstyle. He’s very professional and always makes my hair look amazing. I even recommended him to the Soldiers in my unit because of his skill and attention to detail. I really love my haircut—few barbers can do the job as well as he does! I just wanted to appreciate the hard work, sometimes it can go unnoticed with a base full of thousands of people.”
